I'm a bit tired of my religion so I'm trying a new religious approach.
I'm going to go meditate for 15 minutes now and concentrate on trying to improve the world.
I'd like to know if this is working or not so please report the following experiences to me:
1. Any money you find.
2. Any unexpected pleasant experiences.
3. Any positive vibes of unknown origin.
For the record, the time is now 5:42PM Arizona time.

This may be too simple a joy to bother reporting, but nonetheless...
Last night I fed one of my seven dogs a large and tasty dinner, which, as the mother of five of the others, she readily accepted.
I should mention that this particular bitch is, hands down, the smartest dog I've known. (She wasted no time in learning how to slide open the screen door and then push open the hard door to come in from the back yard.)
So after giving her this meal, it was off to the cardroom for me.
Eight hours later, I returned to find a most offensive aroma drifting about the house. Much too powerful for the five pups to have produced, I thought; indeed it was clear that a full-grown dog had dropped a deuce in my abode.
High and low I searched for the IED in question, but none was to be found. At last, my nose carried me to the bathroom, at which point I discovered my pooch--undoubtedly desperate and with no means of escape--had jumped into the bathtub and pulled the pin.
Now, leaving aside the sheer brilliance of this maneuver, is it not simply the kindest, most considerate thing a dog could do?
Hope this stirs other warm recollections...
This is an amazing story and thank you for reporting it. I love dogs and dog stories.
To further expound on this, last night was when I first conceived the idea of meditating to improve the world.
I'm left to ponder if I was hatching this idea at the very moment your dog was hatching her own movement in your tub.
It is not for me to judge if this is a miracle or not, but it appears to be beyond the level of mere coincidence.
Thanks for the feedback. I expect the stories will start rolling in and I will continue to meditate.
By the way Charlie I don't mean to take credit for your wonderful dog's thoughtfulness, I'm merely saying perhaps by my meditating she was triggered, divinely inspired, to reach her full potential.
